Mina was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. She sat at the shelter since 10/23 until we rescued her. Mina was cat tested in Texas and passed with flying colors. She seemed to quite enjoy being loved on by a cat (see her video). She arrived in Virginia in April. Stay tuned for updates from her foster.
