Pepper was rescued from a shelter in Texas. She had hair loss to her face which has since healed. Pepper was tested with a dog-savvy cat and she was not really interested beyond an initial sniff (see her video). She will make her way to her Virginia foster on April 10th. If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know. If you are not yet an approved adopter but are interested, please complete an adoption application!
