Deacon was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. He has low hocks (http://siriusdog.com/orthopedic-hocks-dog/). This may or may not have long term affects and can be determined at a later point. He arrived to his foster in Virginia on April 6th. Check back soon to see what his foster has learned about him.
