Romeo has already had a tough life in the short time he's been alive. He had a family in Texas that loved him, but one day his curiosity got the better of him. He went to visit the neighbor's dogs and it almost ended his life. If you check out all his pictures, it was pretty gruesome. He's recovered almost 100% and will be looking for his forever home. He arrived to his Virginia foster in December 14th.
