Frisco was an owner surrender because of a previous back injury. When the owner, who was out of the country, heard he had an injury, he wasn't willing to treat it. However, the person watching him wasn't willing to just give up on him. He is now healed from his back injury and looking for a loving home to spend his golden years. He made it into a German Shepherd rescue, so you know he's extra special!
