Are you looking for your next hiking or running partner?! If you have a warm heart, patience and some energy to burn, then Lexie is your girl! Lexie was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas.
She arrived to her Virginia foster on December 14th.
Lexie is shy and takes some time to warm up to you but when she does, shes all kisses! Lexie is full of energy and loves to play! We are currently learning to sit, which she thinks means lay down and cross your legs, and learning to be a lady on the leash. Lexie is doing wonderfully and is picking things up quickly. Lexie is crate trained, great with other dogs, though she is shy at first, good with toddlers. NO CATS FOR LEXIE! Overall, she would benefit most from an active family, but does like to cuddle on the couch or lay on the floor and watch you cook in the kitchen.
