I’m Zelda! Don’t mind my crooked ear, it’s part of my charm. I’m a fun loving, energetic girl, who is eagerly waiting my forever home. I am learning some manners around the the house (occasionally I try to be slick and reach stuff on the counters) but I’m getting better. I like my fur siblings, we play well together. I do like to play rough sometimes, but they don’t seem to mind. If you have a fur baby already I would love to meet them, but it would probably be best if they are not a senior dog. I also have a two legged sibling, he’s super fun and we get along great. Typical of my breed, I do have some prey drive and would do best in a home with out cats or super small dogs.
I do bark in my crate sometimes, but settle down within a few minutes, once I realize it’s bedtime. I do well on walks, I don’t pull but do have a tendency to get excited and spin. It’s very easy to get me back on track though, as I love my walks. I am not currently spayed but will be, before getting adopted. I hope you will consider adding me to your family :)
Zelda was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas. Her foster in Texas says s he is super sweet, eager to please and clean in her crate. She arrived to her Maryland foster on November 23rd.
