Tilly is a super sweet girl who needs a strong leader, so she doesn’t get too big for her britches. She has a sonic bark and likes to pull when on a leash, but her foster is working with her on that. Tilly loves playing with other dogs. She tends to be mouthy, so she would be best placed in a home with no young children. Tilly was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas. She made her way to the Virginia area on October 25th.
