Castiel was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. He arrived to his foster in Virginia on July 25th. He is playful and loves his foster siblings. He is a confident young pup who would benefit from someone provide training and structure. Cass very much enjoys being with people and dogs. He is not aggressive towards cats but loves to try and play with them, so it would be best if any cats in the home were dog-savvy.
