Otis was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas and arrived to his foster in Virginia on May 24th. Otis is smart, picking up on things quickly. He had to know some stuff already. Haven't seen an issue with dogs so far. He barked at cats at first, now is doing a bit better. Doesn't like his crate but is getting better about being in it. Pretty confident, but shows occasional fear. Dumps his water. Every time. He enjoys tall grass and will drag his belly over it to dry himself off (see previous sentence). Bit of a jumper out the gate, but nothing that can't be worked on. Will rub his face on you for pets.
