Meet Bella! Bella was surrendered by her owner in the hopes that she would find a better life. Unfortunately, the previous owner could not give her the training and guidance she needed. Bella was never taught how to appropriately behave, and consequently arrived with a lot to work on. I am happy to report she is making steady progress. Bella now walks very nicely on leash and sits politely when asked. She is very intelligent and affectionate, but also quite sensitive. She is crate trained and has made a lot of improvement, but sometimes struggles with anxiety and can be vocal. She does well with kids and dogs, but was surrendered because she could not get along with the resident cats. Bella is truly a sweet dog and will thrive with a confident and experienced handler.
