Rusty was surrendered by my owner to a high kill shelter in Texas. He arrived to his foster in Pennsylvania on April 27th. He is the sweetest, most gentle boy and could spend hours giving kisses and getting belly rubs. He has a friendly and outgoing personality. At a recent adoption event, when Rusty wasn’t being an ambassador for SSR, he sat quietly beside his foster mom. Rusty is a mid-energy dog, perfect for empty nesters or folks that want to curl up and watch Netflix, but he can also be quite active outside and loves other dogs.
