Elsa was saved from a high kill shelter in Texas.  She arrived to her West Virginia foster on April 12th.  Elsa is absolutely wonderful on the leash and great with the dogs, our cat, AND kids!  If anyone is looking for the full package in a dog, they’re gonna get it with her!
