I was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas after I was hit by a car. The shelter wanted to put me to sleep because of my injuries, but SSR decided to take a chance on getting me healed. I have at least a broken pelvis and other issues that a big car can do to a dog. I won't be coming to Virginia until I can get my broken body back together again. Cross your fingers it will be soon! They've also figured out I'm ok with cats (see the kitty coming to visit me in my pictures). If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know.
