Gisela is super playful, can entertain herself all day long but she always wants to be with her person. She loves “hugging” and will put both arms around her foster mom’s shoulders and snuggle into her neck any chance she gets. She thinks she’s a lap dog. Her tongue has a personality of its own and is always flopping around. She is still vocal when she first goes in her crate at night but settles in in about 15 mins. She is a little mischievous and will counter surf or pull things down if you’re not watching her so her foster mom gates her in the laundry room when needed. She would loveeeee a dog sibling with which to play. She is warm and friendly to every one she meets. Jumping is getting better. She comes when called and comes tearing in immediately. She knows sit and stay but it depends on how hyper she is if she’ll listen. She Prefers to go potty on her own in the fenced in yard than on a walk. She does great on a walk on a pinch collar, but otherwise will pull. She lovesss head rubs and would almost rather train for that then a treat. Once she finds someone to take her home, she will forever give them all her love. She’s your typical puppy-acting dog that needs a little more dedication, consistency in training, and a strong leader to make her a great dog.
