Rosco was hit by a car after an accidental escape from his home. The owners love the dog, but had just relocated because of Hurricane Harvey. The devastation of the hurricane caused them financial ruin and they couldn’t afford his vet care. SSR stepped in to rescue and repair this boy. He'll be making his way to Virginia around the end of September or early October.
