Hi, my name is Riley and I'm a 2 yo, sweet, gentle pup! I was rescued by SSR from being a stray in Texas and spayed to make sure I don't have to worry about babies anymore. If there's one thing I love, it's walks. If there's one thing I hate, it's not being with my people. I'm potty trained, UTD on all vaccinations, and unfortunately heartworm positive. That doesn't slow me down, though, it just means that my forever family will have to be willing to take me to the vet for shots every now and then until i'm HW free (treatment is paid for by SSR)! Then just keep me on a HW preventative, and bring on the snuggles. Love This is Us? Me too! I'm a Netflix-binge kinda gal! I love taking naps on the couch and cuddling in blankets. I'm shy, but don't let that fool you! I'm great with kids, other dogs, and will be cat tested this weekend hopefully! I have a need for speed so if you are the walk/jog/run type, let's meet! I do well in my crate, but I don't like it. I would rather be curled up at the foot of your bed! If this sounds like something you'd be into, let me know.
