Meet Josie! She was rescue from a Texas shelter and came to Virginia in September of 2018. She was adopted out but sadly was recently returned to SSR. Josie is a sweetheart and she loves everyone she meets! She loves kids, but she does get excited, so we would advise no really little kids for her. She gets along with other dogs, but sometimes being introduced too quickly can make her uncomfortable. Josie really thrives on slow introductions with less dominant dogs! She walks great on leash and she listens really well. She loves to play ball and I would say she is a good energy. She likes to run and play, but is also just as content laying on the couch with you. Oh, and she loves ice cream! Josie is desperately searching for her TRUE forever family.
