Alvin came from a Great Dane rescue in Texas who thought we would have a better chance finding a home for a GSD. He just arrived in Virginia and here is an update from his foster: Alvin arrived last night, he met Ranger and my 2 dogs. Alvin gave them a cursory quick sniff and then ignored them. He slept through the night on his bed next to my side of the bed. He is house trained and follows me where ever I go. When I sit in my chair, he lays down at my feet. If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know. If you are not yet an approved adopter but are interested, please complete an adoption application!
