Lilly is the embodiment of a family dog.  She wants to play when it is time to play and lounge when it is time to lounge.  Lilly is a great lap dog and is extremely sweet and loving.  She loves being with her people and is happy to go with the flow.  Like all shepherds, she does have her mischievous side, but Lilly’s is more along the lines of happy/goofy, rather than destructive. 

Lilly does beautifully with most dogs, kids, and cats.  With other dogs, she is laid back, but she is not a fan of extremely dominate dogs.  She isn’t an assertive dog, but will stand her ground.  She had attended an adoption event and did fine with all the dogs she met.

She is potty trained.  She also did fine with bath time, however does show some anxiety in the car.  Like many of our dogs, Lilly needs a basic obedience class.  We also recommend a slow feeder bowl so she doesn’t eat too fast.  Lilly is crate trained and happy to sleep in her crate at night.

This girl is an absolute sweetheart who lives for belly rubs.  She is hoping to find some amazing people to love her for life.   You will know she loves you when her tail goes flying!  Talk with your caseworker about Lilly today or get your adoption application sent in!
