Why yes, this is a chihuahua! I know, not quite expecting that were you? Sweet Bloo found himself homeless through no fault of his own. His family could no longer care for him and has asked us to place him in a wonderful home. We have no doubt he will be perfect for one of our amazing adopters! This sweet guy is 6 years old and weights in at a whopping 7lbs! He is neutered and up-to-date on all vaccines. Bloo is a very sweet and friendly guy. He isn’t super sure about new people, but once he has approved you, you are buds for life. He is extremely loyal and will alert you to various “intruders” he sees wandering about. He isn’t a huge toy afectado but does enjoy chewy type treats. His favorite place on earth is anywhere with his humans. He loves to pal around the house, head out into the yard, or just snuggle up on the couch. If you are there, that is where he wants to be. At night, he can sleep in his crate, but would be happier snuggled under the covers with you. Bloo has lived with small dogs and cats in the past. He can get barky at everyone until he figures out what is what. Even then, he may not always appreciate other pets in his space. We do not recommend him with large dogs due to his size. He needs to be supervised around small children. Since he is only 7lbs, it would be very easy for a child to accidentally hurt him. He is crate trained but doesn’t need to be crated. He has been an excellent house guest thus far and doesn’t get into anything or chew up fun stuff. Bloo doesn’t have any formal obedience training. As with all our dogs, we do recommend a basic obedience class.
