River is a young puppy and had the puppy energy to go with it! This girl is sweet and very playful. She loves playing with her doggie friends, but also loves following her human. She loves being petted and touched. River has tons of energy and is very fast. She would do well in an active home. She also prefers having a purpose such a being a running/hiking buddy rather than just lounging around. River also seems to have a knack for the water and would love to join you at the lake! River is learning some basic commands and is almost completely potty trained. So far, she seems to quickly pick up new tricks. As with all young puppies, she will need an obedience class and someone to teach her acceptable household guidelines. River is great with kids, but due to her young age is still mouthy and isn’t always gentle. Again, this will come with training and age.
