Somewhere along the way Shelby did not get the memo that she is an active puppy. This girl is chill, and sweet, and very happy just hanging out with her people of dog friends. You want to play in the yard? Great! You want to snuggle on the couch? Great! She is all in as long as she has her people. Shelby is a great puppy and learning so much about this great world. Her foster is working on basic obedience and crate training with her. Shelby is pretty close to mastering potty training and doing great on her leash. She also loves baths and does great in the car. With Shelby being so easy going and laid back, she is up for just about anything. She loves all her toys and has no problem sharing them with her furry brothers and sisters. Shelby does great with kids, dogs, and laid back cats. She doesn’t necessarily need another dog around as long as she has her people, but is happy to have furry friends if they happen to come around. An ideal home for Shelby would include lots of time with her people and doggie friends. She is very social and will take her cues from those around her and needs the comfort and warmth of others to feel safe. She is great for a lower energy household or an active household that can include her in their daily activities.
