Hi! My name is Charlotte. I’m from Texas and I am now in Virginia living with my foster family waiting for my forever home. I am great with other dogs and love to play steal the toy. My favorite toy is anything that squeaks or that can be thrown. Cats - I am fine with but I do love their food. What can I say? It tastes good! I get verbal sometimes like I’m trying to talk to my foster family and they seem to think that it’s cute. I love walking with a leash and I don’t pull. My verbal commands so far are - good girl, jump, sit, lay down, No, and stop. I am also working on hand signals. I’m working on learning to sit and stay as well as potty training right now. I’m not a fan of young children, I'm not mean to them, I'm really afraid of them and try to get away as fast as I can. I like sleeping on my dog bed and I need a night light. I’m not too thrilled with crates and I know how to open them. My favorite place to be is with my people. My energy level is medium and I’m very eager to learn new things and want to stay active. I have a strong will to please and stick to my alpha like glue and I love kisses and snuggles.
