4/13/2018 She is here and she is pretty special! Ever wonder what those numbers behind the dog's name means? Well, Elvie is the 500th dog to be rescued by SSR. Pretty amazing right? Elvie is beautiful and has the sweetest personality. She travels well in the car and enjoys both kids and adults. She is very quiet and well mannered in the house. Elvie enjoys playing with her foster brother. She is also good with cats. She loves to be pet and give kisses, but needs to learn not to jump when giving her affection. After she adjusts to her new environment, we will be beginning some basic obedience work. I am eager to see the transformation she makes as she learns what love is all about. Will you be her forever family? Don't wait until the last minute to get an application in on this sweetheart. She is bound to break a few hearts. Let yours be the one she gives it to!
