Hi, I’m Noelle. I was in a high-kill shelter in TX when I gave birth to seven puppies. A day later, my babies and I were rescued by Shenandoah Shepherd Rescue. We are being fostered in Texas until my babies are old enough to travel to Virginia. We should be ready for adoption by early February. Noelle is great with other dogs and cats. We believe her to be a border collie/GSD mix. She is around 2 years old and 30 lbs.
