Hi, my name is Phinneas but you can call me Phinney, all my friends do! I am a young pup who found myself on the mean streets of South Texas until I got picked up by animal control. I was very lucky that the nice folks from SSR busted me out of the shelter and brought me to Virginia so I could find a home. Now I have a foster family and a whole new pack of K9 friends where there is plenty of food and beds and toys. You know what I really want is a home and family of my very own to love and stay with furever. So, can ya help a guy out? I get along with all the dogs and cats and people I've met. I'm sure I would love you too if you let me! By the way, not to be immodest--I am off the scale cute and sweet too!
