Update: Sasha had hip surgery on 11/8/17; she will be in physical therapy for 4 to 6 weeks.
Our gorgeous Sasha is a very youthful 6 year old girl who still has enough pep to play with her much younger foster sibling. I fell in love with her instantly and I know others will too! Sasha has perfect manners in the house, she is crate trained but very trustworthy if left uncrated. We are working on a refresher of basic commands and walking on leash without pulling. On the medical front, Sasha's hips are unsteady and she sometimes exhibits lameness due to an old injury that didn't heal properly. She will be having corrective surgery in the coming weeks and once recovered will be ready to go home with her furever family.
Could that be you? If you're looking for a dog of a certain age who is the perfect balance of maturity and playfulness, then Sasha's your girl!
She was saved from a high-kill shelter in Texas and is fostered in Front Royal, Virginia.
