Makana has really become beautifully balanced the last few weeks. She actually will lift her paw as if to say "hi" and acknowledge you when you come in the room. She loves to play and and can get pretty rough when she does, She loves toys and, in fact, she loves them so much she will steal them from her brothers and sisters. Makana will go to a room or corner by herself and sleep when she gets tired. The first few times I kept getting nine puppies instead of ten and finding her sleeping in the laundry room sound asleep. Makana's mom was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas and brought to Virginia where she was born, along with all her siblings! They are growing fast and will be available the second week of September.
