Adopted by foster family! Atlas was recently rescued from a shelter in San Antonio. He was found on the side of the road, unable to move. He is completely emaciated, anemic and heartworm positive. It has been over a week and he has moved from emergency care into a foster home in Texas. His hair is growing back, he is eating and he is slowly improving. He wags his tail and loves attention.
