I'm new to Shenandoah Rescue! I am a young girl who was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas, but after being cared for in TX, I am in Virginia! I am Heart Worm + and will be treated by the rescue. My foster says: "Tipsy is the most sweet and laid back and calm dog ever! We gave her a bath and she just stood there! Afterwards I dried her off with a towel and she groaned her approval as I massaged the water off. She is enamored with my 7 year old. I am anxiously awaiting my forever home.
